Analytics aren't loading

First: check your plan

The analytics dashboard is a paid plan feature. On the free plan, projects include our analytics script (that's how we track usage against your plan limits), but the dashboard itself isn't available. If you're on the free plan, upgrading unlocks it — see our plans.

If you're on a paid plan

1. Give a new project time. Analytics only start counting from the moment a project goes live. A project published in the last few minutes will legitimately show nothing.
2. Try a private window. Ad blockers and privacy extensions block analytics dashboards routinely.
3. 1. Open a private/incognito window (Incognito in Chrome, Private in Safari and Firefox, InPrivate in Edge).
   2. Go to tiiny.host and log in.
   3. Click the Analytics icon on your project.

If it works there, an extension in your normal browser is the culprit — allowlist us, or just use a private window when you want to check.

Email support@tiiny.host with your project's link name and a screenshot of what you see when you click the Analytics icon. We can check it from our side.
