Why this happens

We monitor uploads continuously to keep the platform clear of spam, scams and malicious material. The free plan carries the tightest restrictions, because that's where nearly all abuse arrives. Some content is restricted on the free plan but fine on a paid plan. Some isn't allowed anywhere.

If it's a free-plan restriction

Upgrading to any paid plan removes it. See our plans.

If it's prohibited content

Some categories aren't permitted on any plan, and upgrading won't change that. See What content is prohibited? for the full list.

If you think this is a mistake

Automated scanning does occasionally catch legitimate content.
