How to Clear Cache and Cookies

Here are step-by-step instructions you can follow to clear cache and cookies on your phone or computer:


On Google Chrome (Android / iPhone / Desktop)

  1. Open Chrome
  2. Tap the three dots (top right on desktop or bottom right on mobile)
  3. Go to Settings
  4. Tap Privacy and security
  5. Select Clear browsing data
  6. Choose a time range (select All time for a full reset)
