"Site cannot be reached" or "Secure connection failed"
This almost always isn't a problem with your site — it's a network blocking ours. Connect your own domain and it goes away.

You might see any of these on a .tiiny.site link:
- Secure connection failed
- Safari can't open this link
- This site can't provide a secure connection
- ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
Why it happens
The .tiiny.site domain is shared by everyone who publishes with us. Because of the volume of spam historically uploaded to it — which we remove continuously — some internet providers, corporate firewalls and antivirus tools block the whole domain.
That's why your site often works fine for you and fails for someone else, or works on mobile data but not on office Wi-Fi.
Quick check
Open your link on a phone with Wi-Fi turned off, using mobile data. If it loads there, your site is fine and a network is doing the blocking.
Option 1 — Connect your own domain
This is the best fix. Publishing on your own domain sidesteps the problem completely, because the block is on our shared domain, not on your content.
Available on Solo and above. See Connecting a Domain You Already Own or Buying a Domain Through Tiiny Host.
Option 2 — Ask us about our .tiiny.co domain
On paid plans we can move verified accounts onto our .tiiny.co domain, which isn't affected by these blocks.
Email support@tiiny.host with your account email and the project you'd like moved, and we'll review it. It's a manual process, so please give us some time to come back to you.
