Can't log in? Try these three checks
Most login problems aren't with your account, they're something on your network blocking us, usually an ISP, antivirus program, or corporate firewall.
Work through these in order.
1. Check whether you can reach us at all
Open api.tiiny.host/healthcheck.
- It loads — We're reachable from your network, so the block isn't there. Skip to step 3.
- It doesn't load, times out, or errors — Something on your network is blocking us. Continue to step 2.
2. Test on mobile data
The quickest way to confirm a network block is to take Wi-Fi out of the picture.
- Turn Wi-Fi off on your phone.
- Check you're on mobile data.
- Try logging in.
If it works on mobile data but not on Wi-Fi, that network is blocking us.
3. Add an antivirus exception
Some antivirus programs like Norton, McAfee, Kaspersky and Bitdefender sometimes block login traffic by mistake.
- Open your antivirus settings.
- Add tiiny.host to trusted sites or exceptions.
- If you're not sure where that setting is, disable the antivirus briefly as a test. If login works, an exception is your fix.
Still stuck?
Try a different login method first. If you normally use a password, try the email link option or a social login — see Logging in to your Tiiny Host account.
If none of that works, email support@tiiny.host and tell us which of the steps above you tried and what happened.
