Why has my project been deleted?

Problem

My site/project/link has been deleted and I only see a 404 page. I uploaded it earlier and now it's no longer online.

Explanation

• Link Preview Mode - We're unable to host some content on our free plan, so we display it in a "Link Preview" instead. This lets you view what the content would look like on a paid plan, but it is not an active online link. Links in Preview Mode are only available for 1 hour before being taken down.
• Inactive account - Free users are required to log in at least once every three months. If you don't log in regularly, we may terminate the account and its associated links/projects.

Solution

If you are a paid user and your link has been deleted, please contact us at support@tiiny.host. We also keep backups of deleted content, so we can restore a link if needed.
