Why has my project been deleted?

Problem:

My site/project/link has been deleted and I only see a 404 page. I uploaded it earlier and now it's no longer online.

Explanation:

Link Preview Mode - We're unable to host some content on our free plan and so we display it in a "Link preview" instead. This allows your to view what the content would look like if you were on a paid plan but is not an active online link. Links in Preview Mode are only available for 1 hour then taken down.

Inactive account - We require free users to login at least once every three months. If they do not log in reguarly we may terminate the account and associates lins/projects.

We also maintain back-ups of content we deleted so can restore a link if needed, please contact support if you need this.
