Analytics aren't loading

The analytics dashboard is a paid-plan feature. If you're on the free plan, that's why — your projects still include our analytics script, but the dashboard isn't available.

On the free plan the script is how we track usage against your plan limits. Upgrading unlocks the dashboard — see our plans.

If you're on a paid plan

Give a new project time

Analytics only start counting from the moment a project goes live. A project published in the last few minutes will legitimately show nothing.

Try a private window

Ad blockers and privacy extensions block analytics dashboards routinely.

Open a private or incognito window.
Go to tiiny.host and log in.
Click the Analytics icon on your project.

If it works there, an extension in your normal browser is the cause. Allowlist us, or use a private window when you want to check.

Still not working?

Email support@tiiny.host with your project's link name and a screenshot of what you see when you click the Analytics icon.
