You can cancel any time, straight from your dashboard. No need to contact us.

How to cancel

1. Log in and click the plan button in the top right corner. It shows your current plan — Free, Tiny, Solo, Pro or Pro Max.
2. Select Manage Account.
3. Click Cancel subscription at the bottom left.

Already logged in? You can go straight to tiiny.host/manage/subscription/cancel.

What happens next

Your sites stay live until the end of your current billing period.
After that, everything is permanently deleted, so if there's anything you want to keep, download it before your billing period ends.

Changed your mind?

If your billing period hasn't ended yet, you can undo it. Go to Manage Account and click Uncancel next to your subscription status.
Once the period ends and your data is deleted, it can't be brought back.

Just want to move to the free plan?

There's no direct downgrade. Cancel your paid plan first, then sign up again for a free account.
Bear in mind your projects are deleted when the paid plan ends, so back up anything you want to keep and re-upload it afterwards.

Can't find the Cancel subscription link?

Check you're logged into the right account — the email you're signed in with should match the one on your receipt. People often have more than one.
