How to delete your account

Deleting your account removes everything permanently. Projects, files and links all go. Download anything you want to keep first.

If you're on the free plan

1. In your dashboard header, click the Free plan button.
2. Select Delete account.

If you're on a paid plan

There's no separate delete step, cancelling does it.

1. Cancel your subscription at tiiny.host/manage/subscription/cancel.
2. Your sites stay live until the end of your current billing period.
3. At the end of that period, your account and data are deleted automatically.

So if you want your account gone, cancelling is all you need to do.

Changed your mind?

• Before your billing period ends: Go to Manage account and click Uncancel next to your subscription status.
• After it's ended: Get in touch at support@tiiny.host as soon as you can. We hold backups for 60 days and can often restore for customers who were on a paid plan.
