Does Tiiny Host offer a free trial?

Sometimes. We offer free trials to some accounts rather than everyone. If one's available to you, you'll see a pop-up and a banner in your dashboard when you log in.

Starting a trial

If you see a "Start free trial" pop-up that you can't close, enter your card details to start the trial. You aren't charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.

A trial lasts 7 days and is for the Solo or Pro plan. You can have one free trial per email address. The Pro trial needs a work email address. If you use a personal one, you'll see "Free trial is only available for business email addresses".

What's included in a trial

A trial gives you the limits and features of the plan you're trying, including no branding bar and no daily upload limit, with one exception: custom domains aren't available during a trial. You'll need to upgrade to connect one.

What happens when a trial ends

A trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before it ends.

If you don't want to continue, cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged:

1. Click the plan name button in the top right.
2. Select Manage Account.
3. Click Cancel subscription.

If you change plan during a trial

Changing to a lower plan during a trial ends the trial and starts billing your new plan straight away.

If you've been charged unexpectedly

If you meant to cancel and didn't get to it in time, request a refund at tiiny.host/manage/refund within 7 days of the charge.
