How chat works

You'll start by talking to our AI assistant, which answers most questions straight away. If you need a person, type "speak to human" and it will pass your chat to our support team. It isn't a live chat, so a reply from the team can take a little while.

Weekend support hours are reduced, which may mean a longer wait, but we'll make sure to get back you as soon as we can.

Before you write

Our Help Center covers most of what comes up, and it's instant. It's especially worth a look for custom domains, billing and upload problems.

What to include

You'll get a faster answer if your first message has:

• The email address on your account
• The link or project you're asking about
• What you expected and what happened instead, with a screenshot of any error is ideal
