If you're intending to host your entire website with us (not just a subdomain) please ensure that the following record is set:
This record ensures that we automatically route the below urls correctly:
For simplicity and universal compatibility across multiple Domain Providers (e.g. Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap etc.) we connect your domain using CNAMEs.
This means that we can only host your content on www.mydomain.com or a subdomain. Not at the root level mydomain.com.
However, if you have correctly set up the A record above we will automatically handle the required redirection and you should see no difference between this set up and hosting on yourdomain.com.
