Why did the domain I bought through Tiiny Host stop working?

This applies to domains you bought through Tiiny Host. If you connected a domain from another provider, see Common custom domain problems.

Every new domain needs its contact email address verified within 15 days of purchase. If that doesn't happen, the domain is suspended and stops loading until you verify it.

Your project is still live on its original link. Only your custom domain is affected.

How to fix it

Search your inbox and spam folder for the verification email.
Open the email and click the verification link.

Once your email is verified, your domain starts working again.

This is a standard rule for all new domains, not something specific to Tiiny Host.

Can't find the email?

Email us at support@tiiny.host, or type "speak to human" in chat and tell us your domain name and the email address the verification email would have gone to.
We'll re-trigger the verification email for you.
