Spaces - Organize your projects

What are Spaces?

Spaces act like categories for your projects. They allow you to organize your projects in individual spaces.

For example, if you have files in your project meant to be used as marketing material, you can put them under a marketing space. If you have forms and documents in your project, you can put them into a document space. This way, you can stay on top of all of your projects and access them easily depending on their use case.

How to create a Space

1. Log in to your Tiiny Host dashboard
2. Click on the + icon on the top bar of your live projects view

3. Select a name for your Space and click on create

How to add projects to your Spaces

1. Click on your Space via the tab system on your live projects view

2. Once you're in your Space, click on 'Upload file'
3. Your new project will be added to your Space and your 'All' projects view

How to delete or rename a Space

1. Click into the Space you want to change.
2. Click the gear icon next to the Space's name.
3. Select Edit to rename it, or Delete to remove it.

How to move projects into a space

1. Select the project you want to move
2. Click on the 3 dots at the very right of the project's line to see more options
3. Select 'Assign to a space'

4. On the popup that shows, select the space you want to move your project to.
