How many uploads per day

Both new projects and updates to existing projects count. So one new site plus two updates uses all three.
When it resets: 24 hours after you hit the limit, not at midnight. Use your third upload at 4pm and you can upload again from 4pm the next day.

How big each file can be

If your file is over the limit on a free account, your project publishes as a temporary preview link that comes down after an hour. See why is my project shown as a preview.

How many projects you can have live

On paid plans you can also archive a project instead of deleting it — archived projects don't count towards this limit.
