# Spaces: Organize your projects

Spaces are folders for your projects. Group them by client, by purpose, or however suits you.

For example, marketing material in one Space and forms and documents in another, so you can find things by use case rather than scrolling one long list.

### Create a Space

1. Log in to your dashboard.
2. Click the **+** icon on the top bar of your live projects view.

3. Name your Space and click **Create Space**.

### Add a new project to a Space

1. Click your Space in the tab bar above your live projects.

2. Click **Upload file**.

The new project appears in that Space and in your **All** view.

### Move an existing project into a Space

1. Find the project you want to move.
2. Click the **three-dot menu** at the far right of its row.
3. Select **Assign to a space**.

4. Choose the Space from the pop-up.

### Rename or delete a Space

1. Click into the Space you want to change.
2. Click the gear icon next to its name.
3. Select **Rename** to change the name, or **Delete** to remove.
