# Refunds and our 7-day money-back guarantee

If you upgrade and decide within **7 days** that it isn't for you, you can have a full refund for any reason.

The 7 days count from the day you upgraded. They don't start from when you signed up, or from a later renewal charge.

### How to request a refund

1. Make sure you're logged in.
2. Go to [tiiny.host/manage/refund](https://tiiny.host/manage/refund).
3. Fill in the short form.

Our team reviews every request.Once a request is approved, refunds take **5 to 10 business days** to reach your account, depending on your bank.

| If you have a moment, please tell us in the feedback box what didn't work for you. It helps us improve Tiiny Host for everyone.

### Something isn't working?

If you're thinking about a refund because something isn't working, get in touch first. We can often fix it for you. See [__The fastest way to reach us__](https://helpdesk.tiiny.host/en/article/the-fastest-way-to-reach-us-1x52sbr/).

### Refunding is separate from cancelling

* **Cancelling** stops future billing. It doesn't return money you've already paid. See [How to cancel your subscription](https://helpdesk.tiiny.host/en/article/how-to-cancel-your-subscription-a6zag/).
* **A refund** returns a payment that's already gone through. It doesn't stop the next one.

If you want both, do both. Cancelling on its own won't trigger a refund, and requesting a refund won't cancel your plan.

### Charges you don't recognise

If a Tiiny Host charge has appeared on your statement and you don't think you made it, that's a different process and we'll need different information from you.
