My account is not upgraded
Problem:
You have paid to upgrade your account but login and still your account type as Free Plan.
Solution:
Please check the email address of the receipt. You may have paid with a different email address. The email address on your receipt is the email we use to create your paid account. Please check any other email accounts you may have.
If you have not received any email this may be because you have incorrectly entered your email address. In this case please see below.
If you paid with PayPal then your paid account may be associated with your PayPal email address
Still can't find you paid account?
If none of the above options work, please contact support and provide us with the last four digits of your payment card & card type so we can locate your transaction.
