Analytics data for a website or project that you have created is not showing. When you click on the Analytics icon you see an error message.

Solution

This can often be related to your browser.

Please follow the below instructions:

View Your Analytics in Incognito Mode

1. Open a new Incognito / Private Window. Open a private browsing window in your browser (Incognito in Chrome, Private in Safari/Firefox, InPrivate in Edge).
2. Navigate to tiiny.host and log in to your Tiiny Host account
3. Now click the Analytics icon associated with your project Open Your Analytics

Your analytics data should now display correctly.
