How to enable password protection for your project.

On Tiiny Host, you are able to ask visitors of your project for a password before they can see your website's content.
You can password protect new projects and existing projects.

Please note for password protection you have to be on the Solo plan.

To enable password protection, go on to your TinyHost dashboard.
Next to the project that you want to password protect, click on the edit icon as shown in the image below.



Once you have clicked on the update icon on the pop-up that opens please click on the access settings drop-down and select password protection as shown in the image below.

My Site is not asking for a password

If you have enabled password protection but your site is not showing it, it usually comes down to 1 main reason:
- If you have opened your site previously and inserted your password, it will remember you and not ask for a password again. To test your password protection please paste your link in a new browser or clear your cache.
