How to Create an Email Capture Landing Page

Email capture puts a sign-in screen in front of your project. Visitors enter an email address, verify it with a code, then get access, and you get notified each time.

Available on the Pro plan and above.

Steps

Step 1 — Upload your file

1. Go to your Tiiny Host dashboard and click Upload File.
2. Select the file you want to share (e.g. a PDF ebook or website).
3. Choose your link name (and custom domain, if applicable).
4. Under Access Gate, click the dropdown and change it from the default "No restrictions (public)" to Capture Emails.
5. Click Publish.

Your project is now live with an email capture page in front of it. Visitors enter their email, verify it with a code, then get access to your content.
You'll get notified by email each time someone signs up.

Step 2 — Customize the email capture page

Note: The three-dot menu option below only appears after Capture Emails has been turned on for the project (Step 1). If you haven't set that up yet, go back and enable it first.

There are two ways to get to the customize screen:

Option A — Three-dot menu

1. From your dashboard, find the project and click the three dots menu.
2. Select Customize email capture page.

Option B — Via Update

1. Click Update on the project.
2. Select Customize project.
3. From there, find Customize email capture page.

Either path opens the same AI editor sidebar, where you can edit:

• Content: Update text, change titles, add links, or fix descriptions.
• Design & Style: Change colors, fonts, spacing, move elements around, or resize buttons and images.
• Layout: Adjust how elements are positioned or add new sections to your pages.
• Fixes: Clean up layout issues or ask for help with overall presentation.

4. Click Publish to save your changes.

Note: The "Continue" button itself can't be edited.
