# How to clear cache and cookies

Here are step-by-step instructions you can follow to clear cache and cookies on your phone or computer:

### On Google Chrome (Android / iPhone / Desktop)
1. Open Chrome
2. Tap the **three dots** (top right on desktop or bottom right on mobile)
3. Go to **Settings**
4. Tap **Privacy and security**
5. Select **Clear browsing data**
6. Choose a time range (select **All time** for a full reset)
7. Check **Cookies and site data** and **Cached images and files**
8. Tap **Clear data**

### On Safari (iPhone / iPad)
1. Open **Settings** (not Safari app)
2. Scroll down and tap **Safari**
3. Tap **Clear History and Website Data**
4. Confirm by tapping **Clear History and Data**

### On Safari (Mac)
1. Open Safari
2. Click **Safari** in the top menu
3. Select **Clear History**
4. Choose **all history**
5. Click **Clear History**

### On Firefox
1. Open Firefox
2. Click the **menu (three lines)**
3. Go to **Settings**
4. Select **Privacy & Security**
5. Scroll to **Cookies and Site Data**
6. Click **Clear Data**
7. Select both options and confirm
