# How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel any time from your dashboard. There's no need to contact us.

### How to cancel

1. [Log in](https://tiiny.host/login) and click the **plan-name button** in the top right. It shows your current plan — Free, Tiny, Solo, Pro or Pro Max.

2. Select **Manage account**.

3. Click **Cancel subscription** at the bottom left.

### Cancelling a free trial

Trials use the same steps as a paid plan. Cancel before your trial ends and you won't be charged.

Cancelling ends your trial straight away, but doesn't delete your account. You move to the Free plan and paid features stop working, even if you have trial days left.

### Changed your mind?

* **Before your billing period ends:** Go to **Manage Account** and click **Uncancel** next to your subscription status. Nothing is lost and billing carries on as normal.
* **After it's ended:** Email support@tiiny.host. We keep backups for **60 days** after deletion and can usually restore projects for accounts that were on a paid plan.

### If you connected a custom domain

Cancelling doesn't change your domain's DNS records. They keep pointing at Tiiny Host, but once your projects are removed the domain won't show a working site. Email set up on the domain isn't affected.

If you want to use the domain for something else, update the records with your domain provider.

### Moving to the free plan instead

There's no direct downgrade. Cancel your paid plan first, then sign up again for a free account.
Your projects are deleted when the paid plan ends, so download them first and re-upload them afterwards.

### Can't find the Cancel subscription link?

Check you're logged in with the right email — the one on your receipt. It's common to have more than one account.
