How To Build & Host Your Website For Free

In this video I'll teach you how to find a great free HTML template, edit its contents including colours and images and finally host it all for free!

There's no need for Square Space or other expensive editors if you're happy modifying a little HTML here and there.

Steps:

Find a free template: Download a free HTML template from a website like HTML5 UP.
Edit the template:
Open the template in a code editor like VS Code.
Change the text, images, and colors to match your preferences.
Use the browser's developer tools to experiment with styles and then update the CSS file.
Host your website:
Zip the entire folder containing your edited website files.
Upload the zip file to Tinyhost.
Choose a subdomain for your website.
Launch your website!
