# Email inbox for your custom domains

If you bought a domain through Tiiny Host, you can buy email addresses on it too.

|| You can only add email inboxes to domains bought through Tiiny Host. If you connected a domain from another registrar, set up email with them instead — we can't add an inbox to it.

| Buying a domain requires Solo or above, so email inboxes do too.

### Adding an email address

1. Log in to your dashboard.
2. Scroll to the custom domain section and click **Email** on the domain you want.

3. Choose a username and click **Add Inbox**.

4. Add as many addresses as you like, then complete your purchase.

5. You'll get an email with instructions for logging in.

Access your inbox at [mail.hostedemail.com](https://mail.hostedemail.com/). Your first login uses a temporary password — set your own once you're in.

### Managing your email settings

MX records and other DNS settings for your inbox are managed through the DNS portal — see [How to update DNS records for a domain bought through us](https://helpdesk.tiiny.host/en/article/how-to-update-dns-records-for-a-domain-bought-through-us-ij92ji/).

### Trouble logging in

Your first login uses a temporary password sent by email. If it isn't working, check the spam folder of the address we sent it to, then email [__support@tiiny.host__](mailto:support@tiiny.host).
